Orders are subject to inventory availability, payment verification, purchaser qualification where applicable, and destination restrictions. Processing times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary for products requiring additional documentation or review.<\/p>\n

Shipping<\/h3>\n

Shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout when available for the destination and products ordered. Purchasers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for observing any storage or handling instructions that accompany the shipment.<\/p>\n

Damage, shortage, or incorrect items<\/h3>\n

Inspect shipments promptly. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, retain the packaging and product and contact LoCo Research Supply promptly with the order number and photographs when relevant so the issue can be reviewed.<\/p>\n

Returns<\/h3>\n

Returns require prior authorization. Certain research materials may be non-returnable once shipped because chain-of-custody, storage conditions, contamination risk, or product integrity cannot be verified after delivery. Unused general laboratory supplies may be eligible for return when they are unopened, in resalable condition, and approved in advance.<\/p>\n
