Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases from LoCo Research Supply. By placing an order, the purchaser represents that the information supplied during checkout is accurate and that the purchaser is authorized to make the purchase.

Research-use products

Products designated Research Use Only (RUO) are sold solely for legitimate laboratory, analytical, educational, or non-clinical research. They are not sold for human or veterinary administration or for therapeutic, diagnostic, or disease-treatment purposes. The purchaser agrees not to resell or redistribute RUO products for those prohibited uses.

Order review

Orders may be reviewed, declined, canceled, or refunded before fulfillment when product availability, payment verification, shipping restrictions, purchaser qualification, stated intended use, or applicable requirements prevent fulfillment.

Product information

Product pages, labels, batch identifiers, certificates of analysis, and safety documentation form part of the product information. Purchasers should review applicable documentation before use and maintain appropriate research records.

Prices and availability

Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order; fulfillment or shipment confirms acceptance unless otherwise stated.

Risk and handling

Purchasers are responsible for appropriate storage, handling, security, use, and disposal after delivery, and for determining whether a product is suitable for the purchaser’s lawful research application.

Policies

The Research Use Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy, Privacy Policy, and any product-specific restrictions are incorporated into these Terms of Sale.
